This manual provides an introduction to the XQTING VoIP voice recording solution for innovaphone PBXs. XQv Recording is designed to enable secure and flexible recording of both inbound and outbound phone calls across modern business communications networks. The solution supports recording from a wide array of devices including innovaphone IP phones, third-party phones, analogue and DECT sets, and even mobile devices.
XQv Recording records automatically entire conversations and stores recordings in common format WAV . Playback and management are facilitated through dedicated tools that allow searching, archiving and secure (automated) deletion of recordings, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
This system is an essential component for organizations requiring call documentation for quality assurance, legal compliance, or contractual purposes, and can be tailored for multisite environments with centralized recording management.
