Do you recognize the following situation?
Employees communicate with a company's customers and suppliers via WhatsApp and SMS. They use their own mobile devices for this purpose. Sometimes these messages contain information that is important for the company. E.g. (commercial) appointments, confirmation of planned meetings, photos in the context of a technical question, HR-related data ... Yet this communication is not (centrally) available to the company. Moreover, if the employee is absent or leaves the company, every trace also disappears.
XQTING's XQu Messaging solution ensures that communication takes place via a WhatsApp business account. All messages are centralised and can be accessed by all employees. In the absence of a regular customer contact, an employee can seamlessly take over.
If a CRM/ERP system is present in the company, messages can be linked to the customer's account. This gives and maintains an overview of all communications with that customer, improving efficiency.
